This position's duties include: Supervising a program and it's functions, which include the oversight of regulatory compliance, consumer satisfaction, ensures communication with families, a positive community image and adherence to program budgets.Responsible for the supervisory needs of the staff and consumers in the Program.u00A0Functions as theu00A0primary supervisor of all Direct Care staff assigned to the program ensuring performanceu00A0appraisal, adequate staffing ratios and integrated services are delivered to consumers withu00A0quality and excellence.
