Our Personal Care Aides care for our seniors in Denver, Longmont, and the surrounding metro areas. Experience preferred but not required. Experience is considered on the job training, as well as personal life experiences. Job locations vary based on clients. Training occurs in one of our branches at either Longmont or Wheat Ridge.
Shifts can include:
· 12 hour day or night shifts
· 2 hour Tuck in service (for returning home patient care)
· Your Choice of availability for weekends, or weekdays, or open availability.

About the Position:
Based on your availability, you will be assigned to assist some of our clients and will receive personalized care plans for each of the individuals you serve. These care plans detail the tasks to be performed at each of your shifts. Tasks can include, but are not limited to:
Personal Care
Dressing, bathing, toileting, transfers, eating
Home Management Activities
Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping
Companionship
Supervision and companionship
Offices located in Wheat Ridge and Longmont, CO but we serve the following cities and counties:
Wheat Ridge, Aurora, Denver, Thornton, Westminster, Lakewood, Glendale, Englewood, Broomfield
Boulder County (Boulder, Gunbarrel, Erie, Lafayette, Longmont, Louisville, Lyons, and Niwot)
Weld County (Dacono, Evans, Fort Lupton, and Greeley)
Larimer County (Berthoud, Fort Collins, LaPorte, Loveland, Timnath, Wellington, and Windsor)
All applicants are subject to a Background Check prior to hire.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Must have a valid phone number and working cell phone
- Must have valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, and registration
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work with all types of clients. (Bed bound, hospice, personal care, memory care)
- Must be able to work with animals in the home
- Must be willing to travel to shift up to approximately 30 minutes. (within reason)
- Must operate with integrity and dependability, from showing up for your first interview, to being on time for your shifts and not calling out (leaving a client in need without the support they must have), to always doing the right thing
