The salary structure of a nurse director on an average is around $108,679 per year and this is something that depends on various factors like location, budget of the institution, the candidate's experience, qualifications etc.

This field of medical care is very lucrative and flourishing, and therefore, availing a job is always easy although there is stiff competition faced by the nurse directors because of expanding opportunities in emerging institutions and organizations. A nurse director finds placement in hospitals, nursing homes, community health settings, ambulatory care, student health service, and nursing schools.
